We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. All our advisors are registered with the FCA and the advice we give follows strict guidelines and is externally audited.
We are independent which means we can offer financial products from the whole of the market.
We are required to provide full transparency of all our charges. We will advise you what our fee will be and you may then have the option to pay this directly to us or, where possible, to pay this via the product provider.
This is one of the reasons we wrote the Guide for Individual Investors, of course it doesn’t provide all the answers, but if you are looking for an overview on investment products and an understanding of what it is an advisor does, this makes an excellent start.
